Cooking with Zephir : Giant donut rice

Here I am with a brand new recipe , he he :3

Today I did a simple donut-shaped rice with sausages , very simple , but tasty ^^

The ingredients for the recipe are

- 600g of rice
- 3-4 medium size sausages
- Tomato sauce
- Oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Bread Crumbs

- Start by cooking the rice in enough boiling salted water and , when it's cooked right , drain it and place it back in the pot
- Now in another little pot add a bit of oil and turn on the burner
- Cut the sausages in little pieces
- When the oil is hot enough , add the sausages and carefully cook them , adding also a little bit of salt
- When the sausages are cooked , add the tomato sauce (enough to cover the sausages) , 2-3 spoons of water and mix
- When the sauce is starting to boil , turn off the burner and add it to the rice , mixing everything
- Take a donut shaped cake pan and oil it with the butter
- Add the bread crumbs and let it stick to the pan , removing the excess
- Now , carefully add the rice with the help of a spoon and be sure to press it with the other side of the spoon  so it'll stick for good
- When you added all the rice , use the spoon to flat the surfare and add a small layer of bread crumbs
- Put the rice in a pre-heated oven at 200° C for 20-25 minutes
- When the bread crumbs surface will become lightly brown , remove the pan from the oven
- Leave it cooling down a bit , then , turn the pan over to a plate
- You can serve it while it's still hot or later when it's mild
